It is a xerox - one page each from an older version of Merrithew Mat Pilates Comprehensive Manual. It is an older version, not sure of the year, but most of the exercises seem to be the same as in the latest original manual which I purchased recently. You can check the contents table from the old vs new to see contents comparison. I am selling as I managed to buy the new book, I no longer need the xeroxed copy of older manual version. It does not have anything written on it, plus has blank pages for writing. Useful for practice at home, Mat pilates instructors etc
