The Southbend Ultimate Restaurant Range, a 60-3/4" wide commercial gas range, offers a spacious 37" high cooking top for comfortable use. Its durable stainless steel construction, including a 4" front rail, ensures easy cleaning and longevity. A front manual gas shut-off ensures safety, while a factory-installed regulator guarantees precise gas flow and consistent burner performance. Standing pilots for open top burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases ensure quick and reliable startup. The 5-burner configuration combines 2 high-output Pyromax burners in the rear with 3 standard 33K burners in the front, providing versatility for various cooking tasks. A 24" wide raised griddle with manual control and a broiler underneath offers efficient grilling and searing. The standard oven models include a 45,000 BTU NAT oven with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C).
