This can potentially encourage a more supinated throw; whereas, Flyos centralize the "sand" in the ball. So, the shape and visual feedback gives the thrower everything they need to keep their FB throws dialed-in even during plyometric warm-ups. There are also benefits in how the Flyos impacts the wall. With the limited distance from the wall when warming up, the thrower could start to recognize how the ball impacts the wall for more feedback in addition to the visual.
