Born from the Masterclass.
HBC began as the alumni network of The Hexavian Masterclass — an intensive training held across three Nigerian cities: Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt. What started as a classroom became a movement.
Today, members meet monthly for DECODED — cerebral sessions in the midst of fun and books, where strategy, leadership and real conversation come together.
Through exclusive events, mentorship programs and strategic networking, the community is a platform for knowledge sharing, business development and lifelong connections.

Eizu Uwaoma
Founder & Lead Strategist, Hexavia
Eizu is a business, brand and management consultant, and the founder of the Hexavia Business Club. He runs DECODED — a monthly hangout for professionals across major Nigerian cities — and facilitates the Hexavian Masterclass.
As founder and managing director of Hexavia, a business and management consulting firm established in 2008, he has built a legacy of corporate restructuring, startup consulting and project management that has influenced business landscapes across Nigeria and beyond.
